The maximum current value [amperes/A], is specified in connection with the respective time [microseconds/µs] and defines when exactly the highest current consumption occurs after the mains voltage is applied. You will find this limit value again with many manufacturers in the data sheets of corresponding components, as this can lead to an overload/ damage.
